WHITE BY DEFINITION

“BEES DON’T MAKE A SWEETER HONEY; THE WHITE WINE FROM CASSIS
SHINES LIKE A CRYSTAL-CLEAR DIAMOND AND IS FRAGRANT WITH THE
ROSEMARY, HEATHER AND MYRTLE WHICH COVER OUR HILLS.”
Frédéric Mistral

Cassis is highly original in that it produces primarily white wine. Three out of every four bottles of Cassis are white. In the wine world of Provence, where rosé dominates, this commitment to white wine makes the Cassis vineyards unique.
Rare and precious wines, Cassis whites have a clear yellow robe with luminous, sparkling glints.
They give up aromas of citrus, of white flowers underlined by the mineral and iodine aromas derived from their terroir.
Aromas of honey and quince come as the wine breathes. On the palate, fullness, freshness and fleshiness come across in outstanding balance, with the clear presence of minerality which is the signature of Cassis wines.
These qualities enable Cassis whites to be cellared for 2 to 5 years and more.
